Think about why you really want to lose weight, want to improve your health, lose the belly of beer or just increase your overall fitness? Its reason must be large enough and important for you to take positive steps.

3. Start doing something

Sitting on the couch thinking about losing weight just for nothing, procrastination killed a lot of weight loss dreams. Certainly, I will start my diet tomorrow, next week, next month, just will not happen. Do something healthy and positive today, even if you do not eat healthy or go for a walking breakfast.
