The 3 'Fat Loss Foods' Sabotaging Your Results

Many people are in this position. They work hard in their approach and taking care to follow your diet to the letter. But, nevertheless, something is wrong. The scale does not go down and do not get the results they were expecting.

Often, the big problem is not your effort or motivation. The problem is they leave some foods in your diet that are sabotaging your results. Often these foods are designed to be fat loss foods but are not really. Instead, they hold success.

What are these foods? Let's review three foods you need to cut out of your diet immediately.

Yogurts flavored with fruit

Fruit-flavored yogurts are a favorite among many dieters, but few know they are digging sugar-sized painted bombs every time they eat a small bowl.

The next time you choose your favorite yogurt, check the sugar content. You may be surprised to know that there are more than 15 grams of sugar per serving.

Of course, you can buy sugar-free varieties, but then you will be taking in a series of unwanted artificial sweeteners, which can be as bad for you.

Instead, opt for Greek yoghurt. Have fun adding a handful of fresh berries.

Fat products

Then, in the list of foods you want from your diet are the products that are designed to be "fat-free". These often indicate that they are fat-free on the label and proud of it.

But ask yourself, if the fat is removed, what is added? Something had to be added elsewhere, not only did they taste good.

The answer to that question is sugar. Sugar is often added to these foods and what you do yet prove appealing.

And, if you are trying to lose body fat, sugar is as bad - if not worse - than fat is.

Protein bars

Finally, the last of the food you need to be careful to include in your diet plan are protein bars. These can seem like a good option because they contain protein and is probably trying to get more protein in their day.

But again, you have to check the sugar content. Most protein bars are more than 15 grams of sugar or more per bar. Some are up to 30 or even 40 g of sugar depending on the calorie content.

In fact, they are not much more than a glorified bar of chocolate. While you can buy a few bars that keep the content very low (five grams or less per bar) of sugar, you need to look for them. Be careful when purchasing these bars.
